2. Definitions
Client / You / Your refers to any business, organisation, or individual accessing or using our services. Company / We / Us / Our refers to Greenlux Lighting Solutions Oy. Products refers to horticultural lighting products and related accessories sold under the Valoya® brand. Services refers to websites, tools, platforms, content, and related services provided by us.
3. Use of the Website and Services
You agree to use our websites and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair functionality or interfere with other users.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Products and Intended Use
Our products are designed for agricultural research, horticulture, and controlled-environment cultivation.
We do not endorse or support illegal activities. Where products are intended for regulated crops, including cannabis, clients may be required to demonstrate possession of all relevant licences and permits in the country of cultivation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if such requirements are not met.
Product images, specifications, and descriptions published on our websites are provided for reference only. Actual products may vary due to production batches, continuous development, or technical tolerances.
We reserve the right to modify product specifications, designs, and documentation without prior notice.
5. Warranty and Product Support
Product warranties are provided in accordance with Valoya’s standard limited warranty terms, which may vary by product and product category (e.g. 3-year or 5-year limited warranties).

We sell products globally, either directly or through authorised resellers. Availability, pricing, payment terms, and delivery methods may vary depending on region, order volume, and reseller arrangements.
Requests for quotations are handled on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
7. Shipping
Delivery times depend on product availability, order configuration, and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are non-binding.
Clients must inspect deliveries upon receipt. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to both the carrier and our support team.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites, including text, images, graphics, technical documentation, software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Greenlux Lighting Solutions Oy or its licensors.
